Rankings

Rankings allow you to highlight, on one or more dashboards, the evolution of the metrics concerning the entities of your choice. In fact, creating a new ranking automatically adds an insert to the dashboards of your choice.

Composition

A ranking is composed of a data, an attribute, a period, a size and a set of dashboards. The data is the entity concerned by your ranking. For example, tasks, users, meetings, etc.

In addition to the data, a ranking is about an attribute of that entity. However, for logical reasons, this attribute is necessarily countable and therefore of type integer or float/decimal. For example, you can create a ranking about the size of a file.

A ranking allows you to observe a trend in the evolution of your data. To do this, it is possible to define a period among:

  • Minute
  • Hour
  • Day
  • Week
  • Month
  • Year

A ranking is linked to one or more dashboards. In order to display your ranking on the homepage of your back office, you must select one or more dashboards.

Finally, a ranking has a size between 10 and 100 inclusive, with 10 being the default size.
